About Us

Proudly born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. There, I had my first exposure to rehabilitation, working as an aide to the school’s athletic trainers and learning to treat collegiate athletes across our sports programs. After undergrad, I pursued my doctorate in physical therapy which took my husband and me to Salt Lake City, Utah. We skied, hiked, toured national parks, and I graduated with my DPT from Rocky Mountain University in 2021. I graduated as class salutatorian and received the Faculty Recognition Award for Excellence.

I am passionate about treating patients at every stage of life and physical ability. My treatment experience as a physical therapist includes musculoskeletal sports injuries, injury prevention, orthopedic injuries, balance and fall prevention, joint replacement and post-surgical rehabilitation. I also have experience with inpatient and ICU care, allowing further insight into injury and illness recovery at every stage. I combine skilled, scientific practices and compassionate patient-centered treatment to help each individual achieve their goals and live a stronger life with less pain. I believe physical therapy is about caring for your body long term, whatever the next challenge may be. Physical Therapy is for everybody.

I returned to Portland in 2021 and am grateful to be practicing the career I love in my hometown. Outside of work, I enjoy pottery, camping, hiking, and, as a lifelong soccer player, cheering on the Timbers and Thorns. I have coached youth soccer at recreational and competitive levels, most recently for FC Portland Academy.

I am a Certified Athletic Trainer, Strength Coach, and Personal Trainer, originally from Oahu, Hawaii. Where I participated in competitive soccer, swimming, and outrigger canoe paddling. I earned my degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College in Massachusetts and have called Oregon home for the past six years. I work with a wide range of clients—from high-level athletes returning to competition, to people beginning their fitness journey and learning how to work out consistently for the first time. My passion and education aligns with working with runners, endurance athletes, field athletes, and the every day mover.

My goal is always to guide each person from where they are today to where they want to be, using a blend of rehab, strength, and performance training. Our holistic approach allows for me to look at you as a whole to ensure long lasting success. I believe that every person is an athlete in their own way and you always need to meet yourself where you’re at right now. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing you reach your goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, snowboarding, lifting weights, and reading with my snuggly pets.
